R.I.S.E. Program
This 6-month leadership development journey accelerates the capabilities of your organization’s diverse high-potential women leaders. Coached by executive leadership experts, participants gain the critical skills needed to drive change and lead effectively in today’s complex business environment.
The virtual cohort experience includes:
- Bi-weekly interactive leadership workshops
- Ongoing peer coaching circles
- 1:1 executive coaching
- 360 degree assessments
- Leadership action learning projects
