the good life brand, LLC
The Good Life Brand was founded by husband and wife team, Filmore and Ilesha Graham. After facing significant adversity in their early years, they dedicated themselves to growth, impact, and living with purpose. Through mentorship, education, and their own journeys of personal development, Fil and Ilesha transformed their lives, finding success in their careers and fulfillment in service to their community. It is this hard-won knowledge and compassion that now informs their mission – to empower others to live a truly good life – personally and professionally. As sought-after experts in leadership, communication, and workplace culture, Filmore and Ilesha are uniquely qualified to guide individuals and organizations through The Good Life Brand’s strategic programs and services aimed to develop leaders, strengthen communities, and revitalize teams.
Our team
ILESHA Graham
Ilesha is the founder and Chief Training Officer for The Good Life Brand Consulting Agency. As a seasoned educator, speaker, and trainer with over 20 years of experience, her passion is empowering leaders to maximize their impact and reach their full potential.
Ilesha’s own leadership journey began as a teacher and school administrator determined to close achievement gaps and create inclusive environments where all students could thrive. After winning several awards as a school leader, she realized her ability to connect with and inspire people was her superpower. Since then, she has facilitated workshops and trainings for major organizations, school districts, nonprofits, and corporations on such topics as diversity, equity, and inclusion, communication, team culture, and leadership.
Ilesha designs her programs to distinctly draw on her contagious enthusiasm, natural curiosity, and strengths in connecting, relationship-building, and communicating. Her coaching style is direct yet compassionate, always encouraging clients to operate from their best selves. She prides herself on providing clients with immediately actionable takeaways that ignite progress.
Through highly interactive sessions, Ilesha equips participants with the mindsets, skills, and tools to become more confident communicators, influential leaders, and agents of change. Her clients build critical competencies to navigate workplace challenges, while rediscovering their passions and untapped talents. They leave engagements re-energized and ready to bring more authenticity into their lives and work.
Ilesha holds a Master’s in Education, is a certified leadership coach, and is constantly seeking new ways to challenge herself. But most importantly, she walks her talk. She has built a business that allows her to live out her purpose daily while making a lasting impact.
Filmore Graham
With over 20 years in law enforcement and a lifetime of service, Fil brings a powerful blend of insight and compassion to his work at The Good Life Brand. As a retired police officer turned facilitator and mediator, he’s dedicated to providing the tools and perspectives to build stronger, more united communities.
Fil began his policing career on the frontlines of the Sacramento streets. Through his time on patrol, he gained firsthand knowledge of the systemic challenges facing disadvantaged neighborhoods. Seeking to be part of the solution, Fil served for many years as a Youth Services Officer, working tirelessly to connect with underserved youth and communities.
His ability to bridge divides led Fil to become a respected instructor on diversity, equity and impartial policing within the department. He also developed a pioneering criminal justice program to inspire at-risk teens toward more promising futures. Over decades of service, Fil earned multiple commendations for his unwavering community leadership.
Since retiring, Fil obtained community resiliency and mediation training certifications. He brings this combined expertise to lead transformative workshops and sessions for The Good Life Brand focused on restorative justice, conflict resolution, mediation, and community resilience.
With his thoughtful perspective, Fil provides a safe space for people to engage in honest dialogue and healing. His ultimate goal is to equip participants with the mindsets and skills to overcome division and create the change they want to see. When he’s not facilitating, you can find Fil working out and training at The Good Life Garage Gym or riding his Harley.
